Pittsburgh and Columbus Midwest Masters Series Open Events Rescheduled!UPDATE: The Pittsburgh Midwest Masters Series Open has been rescheduled for July 17, 2010. This was previously the scheduled date for the Columbus MMS, which has been moved to June 19, 2010.
Midwest Masters Series Last Chance Qualifiers Announced!Having trouble making it to the Masters Series Open Events, but still want a chance to play in the Championship? There's good news! We will be holding a pair of Last Chance Qualifier tournaments at GenCon on the days leading up to the Championship. Scheduling information is below. Each Qualifier tournament will be Standard format, like all Masters Series events. After swiss rounds, the Top 8 will play one final elimination round, after which the remaining four competitors will qualify for the Championship Event! Unlike the Midwest Masters Series Open Events, the Last Chance Qualifiers will not award cash prizes, and only four Championship entries will be up for grabs at each event. However they are your last chance to qualify, and will provide everyone that can make it to GenCon with the opportunity to participate in the $10,000 Midwest Masters Series Championship! Qualifier Information Location: GenCon - Indianapolis Convention Center Entry Fee: $20

RWU control also has a strong showing, with 29 players adopting the deck LSV saw success with in Los Angeles. Mono Red was the other big deck, piloted by 22 players.
